• Tony D'Angelo's North American Championship celebration.
• Nikkita Lyons vs. Lola Vice.
• Wren Sinclair vs. Stephanie Vaquer.
• Oro Mensah vs. Lexis King.
• Ridge Holland vs. Riley Osborne.
• NXT Championship - #1 Contender's Triple Threat Match: Je'Von Evans vs. Wes Lee vs. Ethan Page.

• Vic Joseph & Booker T. Huffman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
• The Family (Adrianna Rizzo, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo & Luca Crucifino) hosted a ceremony to celebrate Tony D'Angelo winning the NXT North American Title. The celebration did not last long as Oba Femi interrupted to reveal they would have their rematch on NXT Halloween Havoc. Femi then spun the wheel to reveal they would go at it in a Tables, Ladders & Scares Match.
• Byron Saxton interviewed Oro Mensah & Lexis King, revealing their match tonight would be a Gentleman's Duel Match.
• Stephanie Vaquer def. Wren Sinclair (w/ Charlie Dempsey, Tavion Heights & Myles Borne) via Pinfall (Package Neckbreaker).
  • Roxanne Perez & Cora Jade attacked Stephanie Vaquer after the match, but Giulia made the save. Vaquer then challenged them to a match at Halloween Havoc.
• NXT Champion Trick Williams & NXT Women's North American Champion Kelani Jordan, where Jordan said that Ava would pick her opponent at Halloween Havoc. Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne & Jasmyn Nyx) overheard the conversation.
• Gentlemen's Duel Match: Lexis King def. Oro Mensah via Pinfall (O'Connor Roll Bridge).
• Cedric Alexander, Je'Von Evans & NXT Tag Champions Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) were speaking backstage before Wes Lee interrupted, where Lee told Evans to stay out of his way from the NXT Title. Evans said Lee was salty since losing friends, which led to a heated argument backstage.
• The Meta Four's Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend called out Damage CTRL's Sky Pirates for a match next week.
• There was a video package for Nikkita Lyons's return after injury.
• Nikkita Lyons def. Lola Vice via Pinfall (Vader Bomb).
  • Jaida Parker attacked Vice during the match.
• Ava was speaking with Stephanie Vaquer & Giulia in her office before Fatal Influence confronted them. Ava booked a tag match between two members of Fatal Influence against Vaquer & Giulia for next week, with the stipulation being that if Fatal Influence won, they would get a shot at the NXT Women's North American Title.
• Ridge Holland def. Riley Osborne (w/ Thea Hail) via Pinfall (Redeemer DDT).
  • Holland attacked Osborne after the match before trying to hit a DDT on Osborne through the table, but Andre Chase made the save. Chase clotheslined Holland out of the ring before an army of referees & security guards separated them.
• Byron Saxton interviewed Tatum Paxley backstage, where Paxley said she never forgot about what Wendy Choo did to her. OTM (Jaida Parker, Lucien Price & Bronco Nima) interrupted, which Paxley took offense about that. Choo was watching from behind a guard rail.
• Brooks Jensen (w/ Shawn Spears) def. Ashante Adonis via Pinfall (Draping DDT).
  • Karmen Petrovic appeared at ringside during the match, dropping a set of pedals onto the mat.
• NXT Championship - #1 Contender's Triple Threat Match: Ethan Page def. Je'Von Evans & Wes Lee via Pinfall (La Casita from Page on Evans).
  • After the match, Trick Williams & Ethan Page spun the wheel to find the stipulation for their title match at NXT Halloween Havoc, which was revealed to be "Devil's Playground". Page laid out Williams to end the broadcast.
