  • Noam Dar was seen laid out backstage from a mysterious attack. Lash Legend, Jakara Jackson & Oro Mensah checked on Dar backstage.
  • After a video package of NXT General Manager Ava breaking down the qualifiers for the NXT Women's North American Championship Ladder Match, Izzi Dame talked with Kiana James backstage ahead of her match. James told Dame that she would run Raw while Dame would run NXT from here on out. Dame thanked James for everything.
  • NXT Women's North American Championship - Ladder Match Qualifier: Sol Ruca def. Izzi Dame via Pinfall (Sol Snatcher).
  • The D'Angelo Family (Tony D'Angelo, Adrianna Rizzo, Luca Crucifino & Channing Lorenzo) met with Ava backstage. Ava fined the family $20,000 due to their antics last week.
  • Edris Enofe & Malik Blade were preparing for their match backstage, with Enofe holding a rabbit's foot. Brinley Reece told Enofe he did not need that for their match.
  • Shayna Baszler & Lola Vice were interviewed backstage, where they said they were intrigued about who Ava would choose as Roxanne Perez's Number One contender for the NXT Women's Championship. Karmen Petrovic & Natalya attacked Baszler & Vice backstage in a big pull-apart brawl.
  • OTM (Lucien Price & Bronco Nima) (w/ Jaida Parker) def. Edris Enofe & Malik Blade (w/ Brinley Reece) via Pinfall (Suplex Lift into a Spinebuster).
  • The medical expert checked on Noam Dar backstage, where he said that Dar would not be cleared for tonight, which led to Oro Mensah saying that he would step up tonight. Jakara Jackson then asked Lash Legend why she thought Trick Williams did not attack Dar, but Legend said that she did not have time for that because her match was next.
  • Ridge Holland spoke backstage with the NXT Tag Team Champions The SuperSonic Duo (Axiom & Nathan Frazer) before The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Luke Gallows & "The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) interrupted to talk trash about Axiom & Frazer for trying to evade them. Holland confronted them due to their statements, leading to The Good Brothers challenging Holland & a partner of his choosing for tonight.
  • WWE NXT Women's North American Championship - Ladder Match Qualifier: Lash Legend (w/ Jakara Jackson) def. Ivy Nile via Pinfall (Pump Kick).
  • Je'Von Evans was interviewed backstage by Sarah Schreiber where he said that he did not attack Noam Dar backstage.
  • Carlee Bright met with Ava backstage, where she wanted a match against Lola Vice tonight, which Ava granted. Tatum Paxley was spotted in Ava's office.
  • Je'Von Evans def. Oro Mensah (w/ Lash Legend & Jakara Evans) via Pinfall (Corkscrew Splash).
    • Legend tried to get involved in the match, but Trick Williams came to the ramp to stop Legend from interfering. After a back-and-forth, Evans laid out Mensah before hitting a Corkscrew Splash for the win.
  • Charlie Dempsey was interviewed by Kelly Kincaid, where he confirmed that Damon Kemp & Myles Borne were on their way to the arena and were broken down after The D'Angelo Family attacked them. Dempsey said that he would beat D'Angelo tonight.
  • Wes Lee cut a promo in the ring to say that he detailed his trials & tribulations from his injury before saying that he worked his way to be back in front of the NXT Crowd and the energy they emanated. Oba Femi interrupted and put over Lee's work before his injury, but said that he was here to lift the NXT North American Championship to heights never seen before saying that he was the mountain Lee could not climb. Femi said he knew Lee wanted another shot at the NXT North American Title, but said Lee needed to earn it. Ivar interrupted and said he understood Lee's pain because they had the same spinal surgery, but said that Lee had to fight to earn a shot at Oba Femi. Josh Briggs interrupted and said that he wanted a shot as well. Oba Femi then said that if Lee, Ivar & Briggs wanted a shot at his title, they would need to fight amongst each other.
  • Ridge Holland was interviewed by Kelly Kincaid backstage, but he was interrupted by Chase University (Riley Osbourne, Andre Chase, Duke Hudson & Thea Hail). Osbourne said that he would team with Holland tonight.
  • There was a vignette of a blacked-out screen as someone was snoring before the alarm clocked in.
  • Lexis King was bragging about his momentum in NXT before Jasmyn Nyx appeared and asked King & others around the room to sign a "Get Well Soon" letter for Jacy Jayne. Everyone but King refused to sign the letter, but King incorrectly wrote "Get well soon Jackie" for Jacy because he was looking at Nyx. Nyx then said that King was "an idiot".
  • The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Luke Gallows & "The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) def. Ridge Holland & Riley Osbourne (w/ Andre Chase, Duke Hudson & Thea Hail) via Pinfall (Stack Pin).
  • There was a video package for Carlee Bright ahead of their match against Lola Vice later tonight.
  • Lola Vice (w/ Shayna Baszler) def. Carlee Bright via Pinfall (Spinning Back Fist).
    • Karmen Petrovic & Natalya attacked Lola Vice & Shayna Baszler after the match. Petrovic & Natalya challenged them to a tag match for next week.
  • Riley Osbourne apologized to Ridge Holland for costing them their match tonight, which Holland accepted.
  • NXT Heritage Cup Championship Match: Tony D'Angelo (w/ Adrianna Rizzo, Luca Crucifino & Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo) def. Charlie Dempsey (c) to win the Heritage Cup (R5: 2-1).
  • After the title win, the camera panned to backstage where Wes Lee, Josh Briggs & Ivar. The culprits of the attack were revealed to be none other than Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) as they stood over the chaos to end the broadcast.
