Legend says the past weeks had been rough on her, but she promised she would prove she was a potential champion by winning the match, Parker responded by saying Legend can only think of Trick Williams. That statement caused a brawl to ensue, leading Robert Stone (on behalf of Ava) to announce they would be involved in a Trios Match for tonight.

Trick Williams interrupted, who declared this was his house and would not let anyone walk in and take everyone's opportunity. Page put over Williams for taking the spotlight from Hayes on himself and proving he was the face of the company, but Page craved the opportunity for an opportunity top of his match. Page then signed the contract, but Ava was hesitant because the contract Page offered stated he would get a title shot at NXT Battleground.
