  • There was a video package of Joe Hendry teaming with Trick Williams last week.
  • As Ridge Holland & Thea Hail stormed out of the set, Kelly Kincaid interviewed Andre Chase & Riley Osbourne to preview the main event of Oba Femi facing Duke Hudson for the NXT North American Title.
  • NXT Champion Ethan Page confronted Ava backstage to bring some complaints regarding NXT being unsafe, but they were interrupted by Oro Mensah. Mensah then challenged Page to defend the title, but Page & Ava said he was not in the title picture. Ava then told Page to do it tonight if he wanted to defend the title. Page agreed and said he would face Dante Chen.
  • NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez came to the ring to celebrate her win against Lola Vice last week, but Thea Hail interrupted to make her case for the NXT Women's Title. Perez completely dismissed Hail as a challenger, but Hail responded by asking Perez to continue to doubt her because that is when she succeeded. Perez called Hail a "little girl" leading to a brawl before Ridge Holland broke up the brawl.
  • Kelly Kincaid interviewed NXT Women's North American Champion Kelani Jordan, but they were interrupted by Wendy Choo briefly appearing in the interview.
  • Kelly Kincaid interviewed Lola Vice, but she was interrupted Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley & Jasmyn Nyx by calling Vice a rookie and telling her to get to the back of the line.
  • Je'Von Evans def. Brooks Jensen (w/ Josh Briggs) via Pinfall (Oz Cutter).
    • Shawn Spears appeared on the ramp for the match.
    • Jensen attacked Evans after the match, but Josh Briggs restrained him.
  • Charlie Dempsey spoke with Tony D'Angelo backstage regarding a "witness" watching their activity last week, but D'Angelo wanted no part of it and told Dempsey he was on his own.
  • McKenzie Mitchell interviewed Dante Chen backstage, where he said while he did not see the title match coming, he was ready to shock the world.
  • Trick Willaims spoke with Trick Williams via Facetime for advice on regaining the NXT Title, but Dragunov told him he needed to find his way despite what was happening. Williams tried to reach out to Pete Dunne, but Dunne told Williams he was on his own.
  • NXT Championship Match: Ethan Page (c) def. Dante Chen via Pinfall (Ego's Edge).
    • Oro Mensah attacked Page after the match, catching him with a Scorpion Kick before hitting Page with a Leg Lariat and doing a visual pin.
  • There was a video package of Duke Hudson ahead of his match against Oba Femi for the NXT Men's North American Title.
  • Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) spoke about their frustrations with Joe Hendry showing up in NXT, which immediately led to Joe Hendry appearing to confront them. Hendry said he was here to stay.
  • Tatum Paxley def. Izzi Dame via Pinfall (Tequila Shot).
    • Wendy Choo appeared on the ramp to watch the match.
  • Chase University (Andre Chase, Thea Hail, Ridge Holland & Riley Osbourne) were backstage, where Hudson thanked Holland for getting him the title match.
  • Cedric Alexander & Ashante Thee Adonis spoke backstage before Adonis tried to meet with Jakara Jackson, but Oro Mensah interrupted.
  • Lola Vice def. Jacy Jayne (w/ Jasmyn Nyx) (Backfist To Heaven).
    • Nyx, Jayne & Fallon Henley attacked Vice after the match, but Karmen Petrovic & Sol Ruca made the save.
  • Tatum Paxley met with Kelani Jordan and asked her if she wanted to "play" but Jordan politely declined.
  • Ethan Page was interviewed backstage, where he emphatically declared Or Mensah did not pin him because it was not a legal bout and said he was unbothered by the situation.
  • The OC ("The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson, "The Big LG" Luke Gallows & "Michin" Mia Yim) def. OTM (Bronco Nima, Lucien Price, & Jaida Parker) via Pinfall (Magic Killer on Nima).
  • Wren Sinclair appeared backstage to tell the No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey, Tavion Heights & Myles Borne) that she wanted to join the faction or she would tell everyone what they did to Damon Kemp. Dempsey refused the offer, but Sinclair said she would find a way into the faction in some form.
  • NXT North American Championship Match: Oba Femi (c) def. Duke Hudson (w/ Andre Chase, Riley Osbourne, Thea Hail & Ridge Holland) via Pinfall (Pop-Up Powerbomb).
  • Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen argued in the NXT Parking Lot, leading Jensen to challenge Briggs to a No Disqualification Match for next week. Briggs was left bamboozled in the parking lot to end the broadcast.
