Good afternoon Fight Fans and welcome to our coverage of today's edition of WWE NXT UK headlined by a tag team match between Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan and the NXT UK Tag Team champions Gallus in a non-title match!
Aoife Valkyrie vs Amale
They lock up and Aoife takes Amale down before getting two off of a sunset flip and locking in a side headlock. Amale drops Aoife with a knee to the midsection before hitting a back elbow into a diving back elbow for two before sweeping Amale and hitting a standing moonsault for two. Aoife then drops Amale with kicks before nearly knocking her out with a roundhouse kick and finishing with a diving ax kick for the pin and the win.
Winner: Aoife Valkyrie defeats Amale via pinfall with a diving ax kick.
-We get an interview with Travis Banks before he's interrupted by Imperium's Alexander Wolfe as we go to commercial.
Dave Mastiff vs Saxon Huxley
Saxon rushes Dave before he's knocked out of the air and turned inside out before dropping Saxon with a chop and Saxon comes back with a running knee. Saxon drives his knees into Dave's midsection before he's ran over and Dave hits a running senton and a running sit-down slam. Dave then hits Into the Void for the pin and the win.
Winner: Dave Mastiff defeats Saxon Huxley via pinfall with Into the Void.
-We have Toni Storm backstage where she speaks with management and signs the contract for the I Quit match which Kay Lee Ray already signed before Toni leaves.
-The Grizzled Young Veterans come out to the ring and Zack talks about how William Regal is a better general manager than Johnny Saint before mocking the town of York which they're in tonight for a chorus of boos. We then get an interview with Joseph Conners backstage ahead of his match against Tyler Bate next week.
Amir Jordan vs Joe Coffey w/Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang)
Joe hip tosses Amir and drops him with a shoulder block before Amir rocks him with a dropkick and Joe catches him before hitting an overhead belly to belly suplex. Joe lays into Amir with punches before hitting a wheelbarrow facebuster for two and locks in a straight armbar. Amir comes back with a spiking head scissors before hitting a diving cross body and a suicide dive before tossing Joe back into the ring. Joe then gets his knees up when Amir goes for a diving senton before hitting a Glasgow Send-off and All the Best for the Bells for the pin and the win.
Winner: Joe Coffey defeats Amir Jordan via pinfall with All the Best for the Bells.
-After the match Joe calls out Ilja Dragunov and says that Mark and Wolfgang are going to be victorious in their match against Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch in tonight's main event as we go to commercial.
Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch vs Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) w/Joe Coffey
Mark and Danny lock up before Danny puts Mark in a side headlock and Wolfgang comes in and takes Danny down with a side headlock takeover. Gallus double up on Danny and keep him away from Oney the best they can, but it doesn't last long and the tables turn and Lorcan and Burch double up on Mark. Danny hits Mark with uppercuts in the corner before Mark comes back with a corkscrew uppercut and makes the tag to Wolfgang who locks in a shoulder lock with a chin bar. Oney comes in and hits uppercuts in one corner before Wolfgang knocks Danny off of the apron and Gallus isolate Lorcan as Wolfgang hits a flying leg lariat for two. Oney and Wolfgang exchange chops until Wolfgang drops Oney and misses a moonsault before Danny comes in and knocks Wolfgang from the apron before dropping Mark with back elbows and uppercuts.
Danny hits a German suplex and a headbutt before everyone hits a move and Oney and Mark exchange chops until Oney hits a running blockbuster. Oney is sent out of the ring before Lorcan and Burch apply double submissions and Gallus manage to get free. Gallus then hit Danny with an enzuigiri into a powerslam for the pin and the win.
Winner: Gallus defeat Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan via pinfall when they pin Danny with an enzuigiri/powerslam combo.
-After the match Ilja Dragunov comes out and gets destroyed by all three members of Gallus as we go off the air.
