WWE Raw (3/11/24) Results: Gunther's WrestleMania Opponent Determined, Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan

On Monday, March 11, 2024, WWE hosted a new episode of Monday Night Raw on the USA Network.

The card was headlined by a gauntlet to determine who would challenge Gunther for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at WWE WrestleMania. Bronson Reed, Chad Gable, JD McDonagh, Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Sami Zayn will all do battle for the honor of attempting to dethrone "The Ring General."

Also set for the March 11 show, Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch will go one-on-one as Becky continues to try and focus on Rhea Ripley and the Women's World Championship on The Road to WrestleMania.

WWE Raw (3/11/24) Results

- Drew McIntyre kicked off the show. He kisses The Rock's ass by saying that The Rock is part of the reason why wrestling evolved. McIntyre says he wants to be part of the next evolution of wrestling and says he will be a World Heavyweight Champion everyone can be proud of. He's interrupted by Seth Rollins. Rollins dares Drew to Claymore him right then and there. McIntyre says he wants to talk and only talk. He loves it when Seth Rollins gets serious but the only thing a champion should care about is the title and brand they represent. Seth Rollins says McIntyre reminds him of CM Punk because he's being a hypocrite. Rollins questions if McIntyre is an honorary member of The Bloodline. Rollins promises to be successful on both nights of WrestleMania. Seth says he hasn't paid attention to McIntyre because he ranks at the bottom of his list of issues.

- A Chad Gable vignette plays.

* Becky Lynch def. Liv Morgan

- Rhea Ripley came down after the match to confront Becky Lynch. Liv Morgan was furious with Ripley as she came closer to her. Ripley says that Becky Lynch knows she's better than her. Becky says that if everyone is behind Ripley, it will only lead to more inspiration for her to defeat Ripley because when everybody believes in her she's good but when everybody doubts her, that's when she's great.

- Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce, in a pre-tape vignette, announce that Finn Balor and Damian Priest will defend the Undisputed WWE Tag Titles at WWE WrestleMania XL against five other tag teams in a Ladder Match. Judgment Day appeared in their clubhouse and they weren't happy about the news.

* Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell def. Ivy Nile & Maxxine Dupri

- During the march, LeRae confronted Maxxine and said that she didn't belong and referenced the audience booing her. Dupri looked distraught and walked right into a big boot from Hartwell, who did not seem okay with it what was going on, but pinned Dupri as Candice urged her to do so.

- Judgment Day confronted Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce. They say that they got the idea for the tag team ladder match from The Miz and R-Truth. A match was made between Priest and Truth for later.

- A video package recapped the events between The Rock, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Cody Rhodes from the March 8th episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.

- Michael Cole interviews Cody Rhodes in the middle of the ring. Cody explains why it would mean the world to him to win at WrestleMania and mentions all of the other members of his family that he is winning this match for. He tells Michael Cole that he will be able to say that Cody finished the story and that Roman Reigns is in the final inning of his run.

- Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan shake hands backstage but they both get attacked by Nia Jax. Later, Lynch challenged Nia Jax to a Last Woman Standing Match next week.

* WWE Women's Tag Team Championship: The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) (c) def. Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark

- Andrade visits Judgment Day in their Clubhouse. Ripley says that they will speak again when Dominik Mysterio returns and they tease doing business together.

* Damian Priest def. R-Truth

- Post-match, Judgment attack R-Truth and DIY. Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa had tried to be out by ringside to even the odds for Truth.

- Jey Uso comes to the ring and challenges Jimmy Uso to a match for WrestleMania.

* Gauntlet Match For WWE Intercontinental Title Shot: Sami Zayn def. Bronson Reed, Ricochet, Chad Gable, Shinsuke Nakamura, and JD McDonagh

  • Bronson Reed def. Ricochet

  • Sami Zayn def. Shinsuke Nakamura
  • Sami Zayn def. Chad Gable

- Afterward, Zayn showed a sign of respect to Gable and had a stare-down with Gunther.
