WWE Raw (7/22/24) Results

- Raw will be on SYFY for the next two weeks.

- WWE Raw opens with the Judgment Day members showing up, and they all seem to be on the same page.

- Gunther kicks off the in-ring portion of the show. He said he meant every word he said last week about Priest's upbringing and spoke more about him being a wannabe and Street trash. Priest came out and punched him in the mouth. They brawled into the next commercial break. Backstage, the brawl continued right out of the building as officials continued to break it up.

* WWE Intercontinental Title #1 Contender: Bron Breakker def. Ilja Dragunov by way of referee stoppage after Breakker hit a Spear onto a jumping Dragunov on the ringside floor.

- Backstage, Rhea Ripley is trying to get the Judgment Day to focus on business. Dominik Mysterio tells her that he's worried about Jey Uso, and Ripley has his number. Ripley says Uso means something. Finn Balor stirs the pot by saying Mysterio needs to handle business.

* Sonya Deville def. Lyra Valkyria

- The latest Wyatt Sicks video is focused on Nikki Cross.

- CM Punk came back and announced that he was cleared. He wanted to fight Drew McIntyre right now. McIntyre came out and baited him but wouldn't fight him. Adam Pearce came out with officials and revealed that the match will take place in SummerSlam. Seth Rollins came out and revealed that he would be the referee for the match.

- Judgment Day split up in the back to find Jey Uso. Dominik was approached by Liv Morgan just moments after breaking away from the group. Dom attempted to ignore her, but she persisted like the ghoul of the week behind Scooby and Shaggy. Finn Balor caught them together, and Morgan scurried off.

- Sami Zayn spoke to Cathy Kelley about his WWE Intercontinental Championship match against Bron Breakker at WWE SummerSlam when he heard a commotion and ran to stop Judgment Day from attacking Jey Uso.

* Final Testament (Karrion Kross, Akam & Rezar) def. Xavier Woods & Alpha Academy (Otis & Akira Tozawa)

- Chad Gable and the Creed Brothers confront Alpha Academy. Gable gives them a chance to rejoin him. They decline. Alpha Academy gets beaten down. The Wyatt Sicks arrive. With the Creed Brothers distracted from the outside, Uncle Howdy appeared behind Chad Gable and dropped him with Sister Abigail.

- Pete Dunne vs. Bronson Reed doesn't start because Sheamus levels Pete Dunne as revenge for last week.

- Rhea Ripley confronts Judgment Day in the clubhouse. Finn Balor says he's had enough of the disrespect and announces that he and JD McDonagh will face Sami and Jey. Someone lets it slip that Morgan was around, so Ripley grabs Mysterio by the arm and tells him they're going to the ring now.

- Sheamus cuts a promo on Reed and Dunne

- Rhea Ripley angrily leads Dom to the ring. She calls out Morgan, and Morgan answers the call, from the crowd, that is. Morgan tried to get Mysterio to say that they were in love. Instead, Dom finally goes off about how much he hates her. Ripley runs away crying like the soon-to-be venomous jilted lover in a CW show. Dom is rewarded for his bravery by having Ripley lick his face and kiss his cheek.

- Zelina Vega came out nursing an arm injury. Vega said that nobody would keep her out of the ring in an interview with Cathy Kelley.

* Zelina Vega def. Zoey Stark

- Xavier Woods asked Adam Pearce for a match against Karrion Kross next week. It was granted. McIntyre approached him to complain about Rollins being appointed as the guest referee for his match at SummerSlam against Punk. Pearce, who was ready for a drink, told McIntyre they would all be in the ring next week as Rollins gave them their official instructions. McIntyre wanted to know what the hell that even meant.

- Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn will appear on WWE Friday Night SmackDown to address Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill. They were then confronted by Baszler, Deville, and Zoey Stark.

* Sami Zayn & Jey Uso def. Judgment Day (Finn Balor & JD McDonagh)

- After the match, Bron Breakker broke up the celebration by Spearing his SummerSlam opponent.
