Good evening Fight Fans, and welcome to our coverage for tonight's edition of WWE Monday Night RAW!
- We open tonight's show with The Hurt Business where MVP and Bobby say that they're taking out a bounty on Drew McIntyre where if anyone can take him out they will get a title shot at Wrestlemania. Bobby then reprimands Cedric and Shelton for being failures and that they tarnished his reputation before he and MVP offer them the chance to defend themselves. Shelton shoves MVP before Bobby drops Cedric and Shelton slams Bobby before the two brawl and Bobby takes out Shelton with a flat liner. Bobby then clears the ring before saying that The Hurt Business is over and Cedric and Shelton are kicked out of the family.
- Riddle is interviewed backstage about his match against Sheamus later tonight before Riddle walks up to Titus and thinks he's roasting food in the ring at Wrestlemania before Sheamus attacks him and leaves as we go to commercial.
- Backstage Shelton and Cedric yell at Adam Pearce and Shelton demands a match against Bobby later tonight.
Riddle vs Sheamus
Riddle and Sheamus grapple around the ring and on the mat before Sheamus stomps Riddle and takes him down before grounding the former MMA fighter with a side headlock. Riddle jumps on the back of Sheamus and locks in a sleeper before Sheamus falls to the mat and gets to his feet before backing Riddle into the corner and elbowing him. Riddle then kicks Sheamus through the ropes and hits a PK from the apron before hitting a corkscrew senton at ringside as we go to commercial.
We come back from the break to Sheamus in control before Riddle hits a Spanish fly into a flurry of strikes before hitting an exploder suplex. Riddle kicks Sheamus in the chest and the Final Flash into a senton for two before locking in a triangle choke before Sheamus hits White Noise onto the apron. Sheamus then hits an Alabama slam for two before Riddle hits the Final Flash when Sheamus goes for a Brogue Kick before Sheamus pins Riddle with a bicycle knee for the pin and the win.
Winner: Sheamus defeats Riddle via pinfall.
- We see Shane McMahon, Elias, and Jaxson Ryker backstage as they make their way out to the ring as we go to commercial.
- Backstage Drew runs into AJ Styles and Omos who says that it seems like Bobby's offer would be one he couldn't refuse before AJ and Omos leave and Drew yells for people to attack him.
- We go to the ring to Shane, Elias, and Jaxson before Shane addresses his knee injury and it's legitimacy before mocking Braun Strowman's intelligence. Braun then comes out to the ring and scares the three out of the ring as we go to commercial.
Braun Strowman vs Jaxson Ryker (w/ Elias & Shane McMahon)
Braun runs over Jaxson before he's distracted by both Elias, and Shane before Jaxson spears his knee and hits a bulldog before Braun drops him with a boot. Braun then runs over Jaxson at ringside before tossing him back inside and hitting a running powerslam for the pin and the win.
Winner: Braun Strowman defeats Jaxson Ryker via pinfall.
- After the match Braun goes after Shane before he's attacked by Elias and Shane before Shane escapes and Braun reminds Shane that he accepted his challenge at Wrestlemania. Braun then tells Shane that the match they will have will be a Steel Cage match.
- We go to the ring for tonight's edition of Miz TV who talks about how he attacked Bad Bunny with a guitar before Bad retaliated by hitting Miz with a guitar ahead of their match at Wrestlemania before debuting their new music video before Damian and Bad come out and Bad rocks Miz with a forearm before Miz and Morrison leave and Bad and Damian get into the ring.
- We get a backstage promo by Randy Orton who talks about how his match against Alexa at Fastlane was just a trap set by her and The Fiend.
Bobby Lashley (w/ MVP) vs Shelton Benjamin (w/ Cedric Alexander)
Shelton attacks Bobby from behind before taking him down to the mat briefly before Lashley hits a flat liner and beats on Shelton in mount before dumping Shelton out of the ring. Bobby slings Shelton into the post before tossing him back into the ring and hitting a spear in the corner before Cedric distracts Bobby and Bobby chases him up the ramp. Back in the ring Shelton then hits Bobby with Pay Dirt for a near fall before they exchange strikes and Lashley hits a uranage before locking in the Hurt Lock and forcing Shelton to tap for the win.
Winner: Bobby Lashley defeats Shelton Benjamin via submission.
- Backstage New Day mock AJ and Omos ahead of their being their guests on New Day's talk show before leaving as we go to commercial.
- A United States Championship match between Riddle and Sheamus is made official for night two of Wrestlemania.
- We go to the ring for New Day Game Night where they introduce special guests AJ Styles and Omos ahead of AJ and Xavier's match up next.
AJ Styles (w/ Omos) vs Xavier Woods (w/ Kofi Kingston)
They go back and forth before AJ misses a splash in the corner and Xavier drops him before sending AJ out onto the apron and knocking him off as Omos looks on and gets between AJ and the apron so Xavier can't hit a suicide dive. Xavier then sends AJ out of the ring when AJ tries to attack him from behind before Xavier hits a suicide dive and mocks Omos as we go to commercial.
We come back to the two running the ropes before Xavier is making a come back even though he was already in control before the break before AJ rips him off of the top and hits an ushigoroshi for two. Xavier drops AJ into the corner when he goes for a Styles Clash before hitting a tornado DDT for two before going up top and Omos drags AJ across the ring before Omos attacks Xavier for the disqualification.
Winner: Xavier Woods defeats AJ Styles via disqualification.
- After the match Omos throws Kofi over the barricade before hitting a running splash in the corner to Xavier.
- We go to Alexa's Playground where she talks about The Fiend returning at Fastlane and Randy's match against The Fiend at Wrestlemania before we see that The Fiend is sitting on the swing beside her.
- Backstage Drew McIntyre barges into the locker room and challenges everyone who wants a title match to step up and fight him before someone attacks him and is flung across a sofa. Drew then headbutts Drew Gulak before we gets into the face of Ricochet before Ricochet challenges him to a match and Drew leaves the locker room.
Shayna Baszler (w/ Nia Jax & Reginald) vs Naomi (w/ Lana)
Shayna backs Naomi into the corner before Shayna goes after the arm of Naomi before Naomi hits a dropkick into a Bully Bomb for two before getting a series of pins and hits an ax kick drop. Naomi then gets distracted by Reginald at ringside before Lana attacks Reginald and Lana sends Nia into Mandy before Dana grabs Lana and Shayna shoves Nia off of the apron before Naomi pins her for the win.
Winner: Naomi defeats Shayna Baszler via pinfall.
- Backstage Asuka talks to Riddle about scooters before Riddle forgets his lines and leaves.
- We go to the ring for the contract signing for the RAW Women's Championship match at Wrestlemania between the champion Asuka, and the challenger Rhea Ripley. The two exchange words before Rhea signs the contract first and Asuka second before Asuka yells at Rhea in Japanese before Rhea turns the table over and hits Asuka with it. Shayna, Nia, and Reginald come out onto the stage and mock Rhea and Asuka before complaining about how they don't have a match for Wrestlemania. Nia and Shayna then challenge Asuka and Rhea to a tag match next week before Rhea and Asuka accept.
- Backstage MVP talks to Ricochet about facing Drew McIntytre before Ricochet tells him that it's not about the bounty on Drew, and that he wants to prove something to everyone when he beats Drew.
Ricochet vs Drew McIntyre
Ricochet lays into Drew with strikes before Drew tosses him away and launches him into the air before tossing him across the ring as Bobby looks on from backstage before Ricochet hits a head scissors. Ricochet hits a diving roundhouse kick for two before sending Drew out of the ring and Drew drags him out before Ricochet hits a missile dropkick off of the barricade and drags Drew to the corner. Ricochet then goes up top and misses a 630 senton before Drew hits a Claymore for the pin and the win.
Winner: Drew McIntyre defeats Ricochet via pinfall.
- After the match Mustafa Ali attacks Drew before he's sent out of the ring as we go to commercial.
Drew McIntyre vs Mustafa Ali
We come back from the break to the match already in progress as Ali focuses on the leg of Drew as Bobby leaves the monitor backstage and Drew sends Ali through the ropes. Ali hits a diving splash onto the leg of Drew for two before Drew comes back with an overhead belly to belly suplex before Drew headbutts Ali out of the air. Drew then hits the Claymore for the pin and the win.
Winner: Drew McIntyre defeats Mustafa Ali via pinfall.
- After the match Drew calls out Bobby before Bobby comes out and the two have a stare-down as we go to commercial.
- We come back from the break as Bobby gets into the ring with Drew before Drew says that Bobby proved tonight that he's afraid of Drew before Bobby drops Drew and Drew counters a uranage and boots Bobby out of the ring. Drew then holds the ring before he's attacked by Baron Corbin from behind before Bobby locks in the Hurt Lock as we go off the air.
