  • After a video package recapping the events of WWE King & Queen of the Ring, Wade Barrett & Corey Graves welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
  • SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis kicked off the show by welcoming the 2024 Queen of the Ring Nia Jax. Jax bragged about her win before she called out WWE Women's Champion Bayley. Bayley appeared, but she was immediately attacked by Piper Niven & Chelsea Green. After laying out Bayley, Niven confronted Jax before Green declared that by the time SummerSlam rolled around, Piper Niven would be the champion and she would not need to worry about Bayley; however, Jax responded by saying she did not care who was champion, she would annihilate anyone in her path to the title.
  • AJ Styles was wearing a Carolina-Blue suit in Nick Aldis's office before asking him if he could have a segment tonight. Aldis said he would work something out.
  • Naomi met with Bayley backstage saying that Chelsea Green & Piper Niven could not get away with this. Bayley agreed, leading to Naomi telling Bayley she would meet with Nick Aldis.
  • Tommaso Ciampa (w/ Johnny Gargano) def. Austin Theory (w/ Grayson Waller) via Pinfall (Schoolboy Roll-Up).
  • Nick Aldis was speaking to Blair Davenport but they were interrupted by Naomi asking for a tag match against Chelsea Green & Piper Niven. After Davenport told Naomi she would soon know who she was, Aldis booked Naomi to team with Bayley against Chelsea Green & Piper Niven tonight. After that interaction, LA Knight met Nick Aldis and asked him if Logan Paul was around.
  • Kayla Braxton tried to interview LA Knight after he met with Nick Aldis. LA Knight was informed Logan Paul was not here in the building, which led to him calling his shot for the United States Title. Carmelo Hayes interrupted and said LA Knight was all talk and told Knight to tell Paul if the Champion wanted to Walk the Walk, to call "him".
  • Andrade El Ídolo def. Apollo Crews via Pinfall (The Silencer).
    • The finish came when Angel Garza briefly distracted Crews, leading to Andrade to hit the Spinning Back Elbow followed by hitting The Silencer for the win.
    • Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Elektra Lopez & Berto Carrillo) joined Garza on the ramp to greet Andrade, but Andrade walked past them.
  • Paul Heyman met with Sikoa backstage. Heyman said he wanted to get adjusted to this new version of The Bloodline, but believed they were just performing acts of violence with no strategy before stating that the strategy should be taking the WWE Title from Cody Rhodes, Sikoa said they already had Rhodes in check and he did not know it yet. Heyman then asked Sikoa who else was in "they" but Sikoa demanded to "fix" the situation with Kevin Owens.
  • Kevin Owens came to the ring to call out The Bloodline but was immediately interrupted by Paul Heyman. Heyman said Roman Reigns respected him as a wrestler but Solo Sikoa did not respect him and he would do everything to take him out if Owens continued to call out The Bloodline. Owens said he did respect Roman Reigns & The Usos for giving him hell for the past four years, but this version of The Bloodline was just Solo Sikoa trying to cause chaos and said he would do anything to get them out of WWE. Heyman then complained to Owens that no one was listening to his warnings before accidentally tossing the microphone to Owens's chest. Sikoa, Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa appeared on the ramp to confront Owens, but The Street Profits made the save, leading to their match.
  • Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa) (w/ Paul Heyman) def. Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) (w/ B-Fab) via Pinfall (Flatliner from Tama Tonga on Montez Ford).
  • WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair cut a promo backstage, but Indi Hartwell confronted them and blamed them for Candice LaRae being sidelined.
  • Kayla Braxton interviewed "Michin" Mia Yim regarding AJ Styles, but she was immediately interrupted by Nia Jax bragging about being Queen of The Ring. Yim stepped up to Jax, to which Jax responded by saying she would regret that.
  • Chelsea Green & Piper Niven def. Bayley & Naomi via Pinfall (Senton by Piper Niven on Naomi, leading to Chelsea Green pinning Naomi).
  • AJ Styles shook hands with LA Knight & Cody Rhodes before whispering something in Rhodes's ear. After that, Styles met with Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows and asked them to accompany him to the ring.
  • The OC ("The Phenomenal One" AJ Styles, "The Big LG" Luke Gallows & "The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) came to the ring for AJ's big announcement. Styles said that after thinking about what Nick Aldis told him, Styles decided to step away from the ring for good. After embracing Anderson & Gallows, Styles asked Cody Rhodes to come to the ring. Rhodes thanked STyles for being a big brother to the entire locker room and for being an inspirational figure to fans of professional wrestling. As Rhodes lifted Styles's arm, it was revealed it was all a trap as Styles caught Rhodes with a lariat as Gallows & Anderson laughed at Rhodes at ringside. Gallows & Anderson stopped Nick Aldis and an army of referees from doing anything, Styles then got Rhodes and hit a Styles Clash off the ring stairs into the floor. Styles stood tall to end the broadcast.
