  • Corey Graves & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
  • Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes came to the ring for a promo. Rhodes immediately called out Solo Sikoa, who approached the ring. Rhodes sympathized with Sikoa's ambition to be the face of the family as a fellow little brother, but said the "Bloodline Cinema" and he would learn in the ring, but Sikoa asked if he was done because he was wasting his time and he was running out of patience. Rhodes said he did not intend to lose at SummerSlam and promised to avenge Randy Orton & Kevin Owens with Sikoa's blood and would treat him the way he dealt with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 41. Sikoa then said he was not like Reigns because, unlike his cousin, he was not weak and said he would prove he was a threat. As Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa & Jacob Fatu approached the ringside area, Sikoa challenged Rhodes to a "Bloodline Rules Match". Rhodes said he was not afraid of Fatu & Guerillas of Destiny before accepting Sikoa's challenge. Sikoa said The Bloodline would win the tag titles tonight and promised to take the title from Rhodes on SummerSlam; however, Rhodes responded by saying since the real Tribal Chief (Roman Reigns) was not here, he would settle for the wannabe.
  • There was a vignette for Carmelo Hayes in the Barbershop, where he previewed his match against Andrade El Idolo and stated he would beat Andrade in their next encounter.
  • Andrade El Idolo def. Carmelo Hayes via Pinfall (O'Connor Roll).

  • Byron Saxton interviewed Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill, who declared they would regain the Women's Tag Titles against The Unholy Union and said anyone who wanted to step up would get stepped on.
  • WWE United States Champion Logan Paul came to the ring for his homecoming for returning to Cleveland, Ohio. Paul said he understood the complaints of him not defending his title only twice, but that was still more times than LA Knight would ever get. Paul then unveiled a banner for the arena, but the banner was already with the word "YEAH", which led to LA Knight interrupting. Knight made fun of Paul but said he had another banner backstage. That was a lie as it was a way for Knight to take Logan Paul's PRIME car and leave the building. After the commercial break, Paul complained to Nick Aldis regarding this.
  • WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Match: Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair def. Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn) (c) via Disqualification.
    • Blair Davenport attacked Jade Cargill outside of the ring, leading to the referee throwing out the match.
  • There was a video package recapping the feud between Bayley & Nia Jax ahead of their match at WWE SummerSlam.
  • Nia Jax met with Tiffany Stratton backstage, where Jax gifted a new custom Women's Money In The Bank briefcase, but told her she would have to answer to her. Chelsea Green & Piper Niven criticized Stratton's briefcase but Stratton responded by saying Green was not Chelsea's color.
  • WWE Tag Team Championship Match: The Bloodline (Jacob Fatu & Tama Tonga) (w/ Tonga Loa & Solo Sikoa) def. #DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) (c) via Pinfall (Impaler DDT from Fatu on Gargano).
