- After Jelly Roll performed "Liar", the host of the event The Miz & the broadcast team of Michael Cole, Pat McAfee & Corey Graves welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.

WWE Women's World Championship Match: Liv Morgan (c) vs. Rhea Ripley (w/ Dominik Mysterio).

The opening match kicked off with Morgan rolling out of the ring to evade Ripley’s lock-up attempt. Ripley chased Morgan at ringside before Morgan got back in the ring. Morgan continued to evade Ripley multiple times, but Ripley faked out and caught Morgan in the center of the ring and caught her with two vicious lariats before hitting a Rainmaker and a Half & Half Suplex on Morgan to send Morgan out of the ring. Ripley continued to beat down Morgan outside of the ring.

Back in the ring, Ripley hit a vicious headbutt and slammed Morgan to the turnbuckle before attempting the Riptide, but Morgan rolled over. Ripley went for the Riptide again, but Morgan evaded and slammed Ripley to the turnbuckle straight into her shoulder. Morgan continued to attack Ripley outside of the ring, specifically attacking Ripley’s shoulder, before getting her back in the ring to lock in a Single-Leg Hook, but Ripley kicked out at two. Morgan continued to attack Ripley’s right shoulder by locking in a modified arm bar before hitting a Codebreaker on Ripley’s arm, but Ripley responded with a boot kick at Morgan out of desperation.

Morgan went for a Tope Suicida on Ripley, but Dominik pushed Ripley out of the way to eat it. Ripley then slammed her shoulder into the broadcast table to pop her shoulder into its place before immediately going on a rampage at Morgan, catching her with a dropkick. Ripley then went for the Riptide, but Morgan reversed it with a DDT. Morgan went for a Top Rope move, but Ripley pulled Morgan straight into the mat before locking in the Prism Lock, Morgan broke out of the hold and hit a Crucifix Bomb for a near fall before locking in a Juji Gate on Ripley, but Ripley broke out of the hold by reversing it with a One-arm Powerbomb for a near fall.

Ripley tried to pick Morgan back up, but Morgan caught her with a Headbutt and slammed Ripley’s arm into the rope. Morgan then got out of the ring and got a chair from under the ring. After Ripley slammed her shoulder into the corner, Ripley caught Morgan with a lariat before hitting a Riptide on Morgan. Ripley then got the chair introduced by Morgan, but Dominik took the chair from Ripley and shouted she could not win the title like this. Morgan saw the opening and took advantage by hitting a Shotgun Dropkick on Ripley onto Dominik before hitting the Oblivion on Ripley, but Ripley kicked out at two. Dominik tried to distract the referee, but that caused Morgan to hit Ripley with Oblivion onto a chair for the win.

It was revealed it was all a rouse, as Dominik then kissed Morgan on the ramp.

Winner & Still WWE Women's World Champion: Liv Morgan (w/ Dominik Mysterio).

- Damian Priest stormed the Judgment Day locker room looking for Dominik Mysterio, but the rest of The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Carlito Colon & JD McDonagh) told him to focus on his match tonight and they would look for him.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: Sami Zayn (c) vs. Bron Breakker.

Breakker immediately went for a Spear on Zayn to begin the match, but Zayn leapfrogged over Breakker to send him crashing to the ring post before hitting a Tope Con Giro on Breakker to the outside. Back in the ring, Zayn went for a dive, but Breakker evaded to hit a corner lariat on Zayn. Zayn went for a Helluva kick on Breakker, but Breakker evaded and tried to go for a Military Press; however, his shoulder buckled, which led to him hitting a Steiner Line on Zayn. Breakker continued to attack Zayn in the corner before the two got to the middle turnbuckle, with Breakker hitting a Franken-Steiner on Zayn for a near fall. Breakker continued to attack Zayn with a series of jabs and demanded Zayn to quit, but Zayn responded with two jabs before hitting a lariat.

Zayn went for a Blue Thunder Bomb, but Breakker landed on his feet with a back flip before attempting a Bulldog, but Zayn caught him with a Blue Thunder Bomb for the near fall. Zayn hit an Exploder Suplex and went for the Helluva Kick, but Breakker caught him with a vicious Spear. Breakker then pulled his straps down before hitting a second spear for the decisive win to win his first Main Roster title of his career.

Winner & NEW WWE Intercontinental Champion: Bron Breakker.

WWE United States Championship Match: Logan Paul (c) (w/ Machine Gun Kelly) vs. LA Knight.

Paul & Knight brawled on the ringside area, where Knight tossed Paul into the barricade before tossing him into the “Prime Hydration Station”. Paul then spits Prime on his face before firing away with punches on Knight on the apron. Paul then cleared the broadcast table, but Knight slammed Paul’s head into the broadcast table before hitting him with a Prime Bottle. Knight then got Paul on his shoulders before hitting a Torture Rack Neckbreaker on Paul onto the broadcast table.

After the two got in the ring, the match officially began with Knight hitting a series of jabs on Paul before hitting an Atomic Drop followed by a Discus Lariat for a near fall. Knight went for a Back Drop Driver, but Paul landed on his feet before tossing Paul into the ring post. Knight tried to toss Paul into the ring post, but Paul stopped himself and hit a lariat on Knight before hitting a Big Boot, followed by the Split Leg Drop on Knight, but Knight immediately kicked out at one.

Paul & Knight exchanged punches before Knight hit a series of jabs, but Paul responded with a Hip Toss Suplex for a near fall. Paul then hit the Overbomb on Knight to get a pin, but Knight kicked out at two. Paul went for a running move, but Knight caught him with a Pop-Up Powerslam. Knight got Paul in the corner and unloaded with a series of jabs before slamming him into the corner and hitting a series of stomps on Paul before hitting the Side Effect followed by the Froggy Bow for a near fall. Knight went for a neckbreaker, but Paul evaded before tossing Knight into the apron and hitting a Springboard lariat on Knight. Knight was getting back up but Paul caught him with a Dorada Special to the outside. Back in the ring, Knight went for the BFT but Paul reversed it with a backslide before hitting the Left Jab on Knight to try and get the pin, but Knight kicked out at two.

Paul went for a top rope move, but Knight evaded and went for the BFT; however, Paul grabbed the rope to block the move. Paul climbed to the top rope, but Paul leaped to the top rope before hitting an Avalanche Fisherman's Buster on Paul for a near fall. Paul tried to get the brass knuckles from his entourage, but Knight caught Paul with a dropkick through the ropes before attacking Paul’s lackeys. Paul attacked Knight and sent him back into the ring, allowing Machine Gun Kelley to give him the Brass Knuckles. Paul caught Knight with the Brass Knuckles and went for the Buckshot Lariat; however, he did not have the precision of “Hangman” Adam Page, which allowed Knight to catch Paul mid-move before hitting the BFT for the title win. This is Knight’s first title win since holding the Million Dollar Title in NXT.

- There was an ad for MANSCAPED featuring Otis, Maxxine Dupri, Akira Tozawa, Apollo Crews, and Baron Corbin.

WWE Women's Championship Match: Bayley (c) vs. Nia Jax.

Bayley landed a series of jabs at Jax to begin the match before wrapping Jax’s arm into the top and hit a running knee on Jax. Jax then caught Bayley and went for a Doctor Bomb, but Bayley evaded and went for a running move, but Jax caught her and hit a Samoan Drop. Jax then vealed Bayley across the ring before sitting on top of Bayley’s neck into the bottom rope. Bayley tried to fight back, but Jax caught her with a series of jabs before hitting the Stinkface on Bayley. Jax then got Bayley and locked in the Cobra Clutch on Bayley, but Bayley hit a series of body shots before hitting a Saito Suplex on Jax.

Jax hit a flapjack on Bayley onto the top rope, but Bayley bounced off the ropes and hit a forearm strike before tossing Jax to the outside. Jax got Bayley on the apron and went for a Leg Drop on Bayley, but Bayley evaded before hitting a dive on Jax off the stairs. Back in the ring, Bayley climbed to the top rope but Jax pushed Bayley before attempting a Stalling Suplex, but Bayley reversed it by locking in a Guillotine Choke. Bayley had the hold locked in, but Jax reversed it with a Facebuster before hitting a Rolling Seton and a Leg Drop on Bayley for a near fall.

Jax climbed to the middle rope and went for a Diving Leg Drop, but Bayley evaded to send Jax crashing before hitting the Bayley-to-Belly Slam for a near fall. Bayley then went for the Rose Plant, but Jax blocked. Jax went for a body slam, but Bayley reversed it with an Arm Drag. Bayley charged at Jax on the corner, but Jax caught her with a Uranage before hitting the Annihilator on Bayley to try and get the pin, but Bayley kicked out by tossing Jax to the corner at two.

Jax was livid by this and immediately attacked Bayley repeatedly with a series of strikes before going for a corner spear, but Bayley evaded to send Jax crashing to the ring post. Bayley then dove with a Tope Suicida and tried to lock in a Sleeper on Jax, but Jax reversed it with a Samoan Drop on the ringside floor. Back in the ring, Jax hit a Stinger Splash on Bayley before hitting a Hip Attack. Jax went for another Annihilator, but Bayley intercepted Jax before carrying Jax across the ring and spiking Jax with a Liger Bomb. Bayley immediately responded to that by hitting the Flying Elbow Drop on Jax, but Jax kicked out at two.

Tiffany Stratton tried to cash in her Women’s Money In The Bank Briefcase, but Bayley laid her out. Jax then hit two vicious Jack Knife Powerbombs before hitting two Annihilators for the title win. Jax celebrated with Tiffany Stratton after the match.

Winner & NEW WWE Women's Champion: Nia Jax.

Special Guest Referee: Seth Rollins: CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre.

McIntyre & Punk began the match firing away with punches at each other before Punk backed Drew into the corner. Rollins pulled Punk out of the corner, but McIntyre took advantage. Rollins did the same with McIntyre, but that led to Punk hitting a diving lariat on McIntyre before clotheslining him out of the ring. Punk then followed that up by hitting a lariat off the apron on McIntyre. Punk & McIntyre continued to brawl in the Time Keeper’s area before Punk tossed McIntyre into the ring post. Punk slammed McIntyre’s head into the stairs while Rollins was tying his White Sneakers. McIntyre got back up and slammed Punk into the apron before tossing Punk onto the broadcast table.

Punk & McIntyre continued to brawl on the outside before hitting a Guillotine on Punk into the steel guardrails of the ring. Back in the ring, McIntyre caught Punk with a vicious chop before stomping his arm and hitting a Snap-Suplex on Punk before the count even happened. McIntyre stomped Punk’s hand & head. Punk tried to fight back, but McIntyre responded with an Overhead Suplex on Punk. McIntyre hit a slap, but Punk responded with a backfist before going for the Rising Knee, Drew caught him and hit a Powerbomb for a near fall. McIntyre then lifted Punk up and hit a vicious Liger Bomb for a near fall.

McIntyre brought a chair to the ring, which Rollins noticed. Rollins turned his back at McIntyre, but he turned back and took the chair away from McIntyre. After an argument between Rollins & McIntyre, Punk caught McIntyre with a roll-up for one count. McIntyre got up and went for the Claymore kick, but Punk caught him with a Scissor Kick. Punk hit two Rising Knees on McIntyre before hitting a lariat and an Elbow Drop on McIntyre for a near fall, but Punk immediately transitioned into the Anaconda Vice before breaking the hold and taking his Friendship Bracelet. Punk got the bracelet, but McIntyre responded by hitting the Claymore Kick on Punk for a near fall.

McIntyre got Punk for the Future Shock DDT, but Punk evaded and sent McIntyre into the ring post. CM Punk went for the GTS, but Punk stopped himself and confronted Rollins for wearing the friendship bracelet. McIntyre pushed Punk onto Rollins, but Punk responded by hitting a GTS on McIntyre before going for the pin, Rollins got in the ring too late and got a delayed near fall. Rollins & Punk had a heated argument in which Punk responded by hitting a GTS on Rollins. Punk took the Friendship Bracelet from Rollins, but McIntyre responded with a low blow on Punk before hitting the Claymore Kick for the win.

Winner: Drew McIntyre.

- Finn Balor met with Damian Priest to tell him they could not find Dominik Mysterio. Balor then told Priest that if he needed his help to just say the word.

WWE World Championship Match: Damian Priest (c) vs. GUNTHER.

The third world title match began with Priest catching GUNTHER with a vicious forearm strike. The two exchanged forearm strikes before Priest with for South of Heaven, but GUNTHER responded with a chop to Priest’s shoulder before eating a Flatliner from Priest. Priest & GUNTHER brawled on the outside of the ring before GUNTHER dropped Priest with a Back Drop Driver before hitting a vicious chop on Priest. Back in the ring, Priest hit a series of jabs and rumbled GUNTHER’s ears, but GUNTHER responded with a chop and a Butterfly Suplex for a near fall. GUNTHER & Priest exchanged strikes before GUNTHER hit a big boot and climbed to the top rope. Priest caught GUNTHER on the top rope with a jab before hitting him with a series of forearm strikes but GUNTHER caught him with a Kimura Lock. Priest caught GUNTHER with an enziguri kick before hitting a Frankensteiner on GUNTHER off the top rope followed by the Broken Arrow for a near fall.

Priest caught GUNTHER with a chest kick and a kick to the hamstring, but GUNTHER responded with a chop. GUNTHER & Priest continued to exchange strikes before Priest fired away with a series of kicks and a Thrust Kick on GUNTHER. Priest went for a corner splash, but GUNTHER evaded and hit a Shotgun Dropkick before hitting a Stacked Powerbomb on Priest for a near fall. GUNTHER then noticed his chest was bleeding and his eyes turned red. GUNTHER fired away with more chops on Priest, but Priest responded with a Tornado Kick before hitting the South of Heaven to try and get the pin, but GUNTHER kicked out at two.

Priest went for the Razor’s Edge, but GUNTHER broke out of the hold with a chop before locking in a sleeper. Priest evaded and went for a Tornado Kick, but GUNTHER responded with a T-Bone Suplex and two vicious lariats on Priest for a near fall. GUNTHER booted Priest’s head before following up with a chop. Priest tried to rise again, but GUNTHER caught him with another vicious chop before Finn Balor appeared on ringside to give support to Priest. GUNTHER hit two more chops on Priest before hitting a big boot and wiping his blood rubbing it on his hair and booting Balor on his head.

Priest got back up and pulled his straps down before rocking GUNTHER with a vicious lariat, following up with another lariat before picking GUNTHER up and hitting the Razor’s Edge. Priest picked GUNTHER back up and hit the South of Heaven Chokeslam on GUNTHER to try to get the title retention, but Finn Balor put GUNTHER’s leg on the rope to break the count. Priest tried to get Balor, but GUNTHER locked in the Sleeper Hold on to Priest as Balor was staring a hole at Priest. Priest regained his strength and reversed it with a pin before going for Balor, but GUNTHER caught Priest and hit another vicious Powerbomb before locking in another Sleeper Hold in the center of the ring. With nowhere to go, Priest passed out to give GUNTHER the win and make history as the first-ever wrestler to have held both the NXT United Kingdom Championship and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in history.

Winner & NEW WWE World Heavyweight Champion: GUNTHER.

- The Awesome Truth (The Miz & R-Truth) came to the ring, revealing the attendance of 57,791 attendees for the show. After that, A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller) appeared in the ring to confront them to say Cleveland has the worst NFL Team ever (surprisingly accurate). Theory made fun of Jelly Roll's music before calling A-Town Down Under the "Rock & Roll Express".This was a trap as this allowed Jelly Roll to attack Theory & Waller with a chair before Jelly Roll hit a Chokeslam on Theory. The Awesome Truth & Jelly Roll then hit Theory with a triple Five Knuckle Shuffle.

- Cody Rhodes met with Arn Anderson backstage before his match, where Anderson said he still had some influence backstage and stated that Cody Rhodes still had friends that were on the way tonight.

Undisputed WWE Championship - Bloodline Rules Match: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Solo Sikoa.

Sikoa and Rhodes had a staredown to begin the main event of the show before the two locked horns in the center of the ring before Sikoa hit a vicious shoulder tackle on Rhodes. Sikoa and Rhodes locked up again before Rhodes went for the dropdown uppercut, but Sikoa caught him. Sikoa sent Rhodes to the corner and went for the Hip Attack, but Rhodes rolled out of the ring to evade. Sikoa hit a headbutt on Rhodes before hitting a chop on Rhodes before catching him with a jab and tossing him to the ropes, but Rhodes skimmed the cat and sent Sikoa into the apron before hitting the Disaster Kick and a Tope Suicida on Rhodes. Rhodes went for another Tope Suicida, but Sikoa caught him with a jab to stop his flight.

Back in the ring, Sikoa sent Rhodes with an Irish Whip and faked out Rhodes before hitting a Spinning Leg Lariat on Rhodes for a near fall. Sikoa followed up with a Samoan Drop huge backdrop on Rhodes for a near fall. Sikoa went for the Samoan Spike, but Rhodes evaded before hitting Sikoa with a Cody Cutter that sent Sikoa to the outside. Sikoa & Rhodes brawled on the ringside area before heading into the Prime Hydration Station. Back in the ring,

Rhodes leaped over Sikoa before hitting the Dropdown Uppercut and the Bionic Elbow. Rhodes went for another Cody Cutter, but Sikoa caught him and hit a Liger Bomb on Rhodes for a near fall. Sikoa then hit a vicious Hip Attack on Rhodes. Rhodes went for a Schoolboy Roll-Up on Sikoa, but Sikoa kicked out before hitting the Spinning Solo Uranage to get the pin, but Rhodes kicked out. Rhodes hit a jab on Sikoa, but Sikoa responded with another Samoan Drop on Rhodes for another near fall.

Sikoa then got Rhodes hanging on the top rope before hitting a Diving Headbutt on Rhodes into the corner, which he followed by hitting another one. Sikoa went for a third Headbutt, but Rhodes evaded before climbing to the top rope and hitting the Spinning Crossbody on Sikoa. Rhodes tried to fight back, but Sikoa responded with a vicious Black Hole Slam on Rhodes for a near fall. Sikoa climbed to the top rope, but Rhodes met him there and hit a Superplex off the top rope. Sikoa & Rhodes exchanged punches before Rhodes went for a Cody Cutter, but Sikoa caught him. Sikoa went for Cross Rhodes, but Rhodes reversed it and hit the Cross Rhodes on Sikoa, that led to the Guerrillas of Destiny (Tonga Loa & Tama Tonga) to attack Rhodes and hit a hanging Cross Rhodes for Sikoa to try and get the win, but Rhodes kicked out.

But then Rhodes got some backup. Kevin Owens made his return and immediately went after the Guerrillas of Destiny, but he was not able to beat the numbers game. Thankfully for Owens, Randy Orton also made his return to even the odds. Orton brawled with Tama Tonga at ringside before hitting an RKO on Tonga Loa. Owens hit a Stunner on Tama Tonga before he & Orton hit a Powerslam and Frog Splash combo on Sikoa, allowing Rhodes to hit a Cross Rhodes on Sikoa for a near fall.

As Owens & Orton brawled with Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa in the audience area, Rhodes introduced a set of stairs to the ring before slamming the stairs to Sikoa’s face. Rhodes continued to attack Sikoa with the stairs, but Sikoa caught him with a spear to get a near fall. Sikoa then set up the stairs in the corner before going for a Hip Attack on Rhodes, but Rhodes moved out of harm's way to send Sikoa crashing into the stairs. Rhodes then got Sikoa and hit three consecutive Cross Rhodes, but Jacob Fatu hit a giant Whisper in the Wind on Rhodes to stop him before following up with the Best Moonsault Ever on Rhodes. Fatu then pulled Sikoa over Rhodes for him to pick up the pin, but Rhodes kicked out at two.

Fatu then got Rhodes to the outside and hit him with a Thrust Kick before placing him on the broadcast table. Fatu climbed to the top rope before hitting a vicious Frog Splash on Rhodes through the table. Sikoa then got Rhodes into the ring and hit a Frog Splash on Rhodes to try and get the pin, but Rhodes kicked out. Sikoa then picked up Rhodes for the Samoan Spike, but Rhodes collapsed. This was a rouse from Rhodes as he hit a Thrust Kick on Sikoa before hitting a Cody Cutter. After that happened, the crowd rumbled.

None other than Roman Reigns made his WWE return and immediately caught Sikoa with a Superman Punch before hitting him with a Spear before he left the ring. With a giant assist, Rhodes picked Sikoa up and hit one final Cross Rhodes on Sikoa for the win & successful title retention. Despite having the odds against him, Cody Rhodes stood tall in the city of Cleveland to end the broadcast.
