Another match has been added to tonight's episode of NXT.
WWE announced that Rhea Ripley and Shotzi Blackheart will team up to take on The Robert Stone Brand's Mercedes Martinez and Aliyah in a tag team match on NXT. This comes after Martinez interfered in Ripley's match against Dakota Kai to become the No. 1 contender to the NXT Women's Championship.

Already announced for tonight's NXT is a face-to-face meeting between Adam Cole and Pat McAfee ahead of their match at TakeOver XXX on August 22. In addition, NXT will see a pair of singles matches (Finn Balor vs. Velveteen Dream as well as Johnny Gargano vs. Ridge Holland) where the winners of each match advances to the NXT North American Title Ladder Match at TakeOver XXX. Also set for NXT tonight is a six-man tag team match between Legado Del Fantasma vs. Breezango and Isaiah "Swerve" Scott.
