Ric Flair: I Recently Spoke With Kevin Dunn, He's Not Going Anywhere

Ric Flair doesn't believe Kevin Dunn is going anywhere.

On December 12, PWInsider reported that AEW had hired Mike Mansury, who was previously the Vice President of Global Television Production for WWE.

Mansury was thought to be next in line for Kevin Dunn's job whenever Dunn stepped down or his run ended, but Dunn remains Executive Vice President and Chief of Television Production and, according to Ric Flair, isn't going anywhere.

"I didn't know that, wow," Flair said on To Be The Man when he learned of AEW hiring Mansury. "That's a big hire for Tony (Khan). I'm glad to hear that. Here's what happened with Mike, he was going to replace Kevin Dunn, but people don't understand, Kevin ain't going anywhere. He's got it as bad as I've had it. I just spoke with him yesterday, why would he walk away from something he enjoys? That's what saddens me about Vince (McMahon). Not that Hunter [Triple H] and Stephanie (McMahon) were taking over, but when you do something like that for so long, like myself, it's hard to walk away from. Mike is great, I'm happy for him, that's a big deal for Tony. Congratulations."

Tony Khan commented on the hiring of Mansury and how he'll help with production. You can read his comments by clicking here.
