Ric Flair shared footage on his Instagram account of himself training inside of a wrestling ring with former rival, AEW Superstar, Jay Lethal. In the video, Rick Flair takes multiple back bumps and still delivers classic chops as the only The Nature Boy can.

The video ends with him saying, “To be the man, you have to beat the man.”

Charlotte, WWE Smackdown Women's Champion, and Ric Flair's daughter, simply responded to this by commenting “DAD wtf.”

Ric Flair lost a singles match to Jay Lethal on pay-per-view back in 2010 when both were in TNA Wrestling. To this day, the video of Ric Flair and Jay Lethal having a “Wooo Off” remains one of the most popular viral videos in the history of TNA/IMPACT Wrestling.
