Ricky Smokes has been ID'd.
At Chaotic Wrestling's Breaking Point event on November 15, it was announced that Ricky Smokes has been signed as a prospect to the WWE Independent Development program.
Smokes is a regular with Wrestling Open. He and Brad Baylor won the Wrestling Open Tag Team Championship at the Wrestling Open event on November 14. Smokes has also wrestled for CAP, Beyond, Limitless, and other promotions in recent months.

Another WWE ID prospect will be revealed at Northern Crown Wrestling on November 17.
