Over the past month, Ricochet has made some changes to his attire while in the middle of feuding with Sheamus.
Not only is he stealing Sheamus' hat, but he has also ditched his trunks for jeans. The change in attire isn't just an aesthetic thing for Ricochet, it's a mental thing as well.
"I just stripped away all the....not flash, I don't want to say flash. I just set a goal. In Japan, all the new kids start with black boots and black trunks. You have to work your way up to get gear. It's a mental thing. In the ring, I'm more direct and will come at you straight. I'm more in a mental state of, I'm in the ring for business. I'm here to fight," Ricochet said on Table Talk.
Humberto Carrillo has been involved in Ricochet's feud with Sheamus as well, and not only did both Ricochet and Carrillo defeat Sheamus on the May 31 episode of WWE Raw, Sheamus suffered a broken nose on that night as well.
When asked if he's doing anything at WWE Hell in a Cell, Ricochet replied, "I'm focused on Sheamus but his face is broken and I don't think they're going to let him compete. I have no match unless Sheamus wants to get slapped up."
Ricochet and Carrillo battled to a double count out in a number one contenders match for the US Title on the June 7 episode of WWE Raw.
