Match to determine the first-ever AEW Women's Champion is set.
Riho is headed to AEW on TNT on Oct. 2 to face Nyla Rose for the vacant AEW Women's Championship. Rhino earned the title match with a victory over Hikaru Shida on the pay-per-view portion of AEW All Out. Despite being undersized, Riho was able to defeat Shida with a crucifix, surprising her slightly larger opponent.
Earlier in the night during the Buy In pre-show, Nyla Rose won the Women's Casino Battle Royale to secure her shot at the Women's Championship.
