Rikishi: The Rock Is Beyond A Superstar, You Might As Well Call Him God

The Final Boss, literally.

The Rock has electrified the WWE Universe on the road to WrestleMania 41. He returned on the February 21st episode of WWE SmackDown, and he told Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes that he wanted his soul.

Speaking on his Off The Top podcast, which was recorded before WWE Elimination Chamber, Rikishi shared his thoughts on The Rock returning and saying he wanted Cody Rhodes' soul.

“Let’s talk about The Final Boss, let’s talk about The Great One. Let’s talk about the box office draw. Let’s talk about a guy that, any time he puts his name or even come on the screen, let’s talk about millions and millions of followers. I mean, blow the roof off the screen. So you know what, The Rock wants, The Rock gets. Let’s put it like that. At the end of the day, Rock is beyond superstar. I mean, you might as well call Rock god. You might as well call that man god because anything that he puts his name, his face to, come on now. All investors are happy, all the sponsors. Netflix is just all over themselves, to be to have The Great One come through. Here’s the thing, this dude is so, you talk about perfecting the craft, man, I listened to that promo, and he just took everybody for a ride," Rikishi said.

At WWE Elimination Chamber, Cody Rhodes rejected The Rock's offer. John Cena then turned heel as he aligned with The Rock and attacked Rhodes.
