Rob Van Dam reflects on his AEW Collision appereance.
Van Dam teamed up with HOOK to take on the duo of Angelo Parker & Matt Menard on the September 23, 2023 episode of AEW Collision. This was Van Dam's second match in AEW, with his first match coming against Jack Perry on the August 9, 2023 episode of Dynamite.
On the latest episode of the 1 Of A Kind podcast, Van Dam said that his appereance on Collision was awesome. 'The Whole F'n Show' also stated that HOOK is a really cool dude who had great energy.
“Of course it was awesome, that’s part of being RVD and connecting with the crowd and being a hometown hero. It was fun, the guys were really cool that we worked with. Hook, really cool dude, good energy. I heard a bunch of times that day, after I heard it the first time, that Taz and I teamed in that same building twenty five years earlier, so a full circle moment for the Taz family and RVD I guess. Pretty cool.”
It is currently unknown if Rob Van Dam will make future appereances in AEW. Fightful will update fans when more information is made available.
