The Rock says he never thought he would see the day when Vince McMahon would "sell" WWE.
WWE and UFC officially merged to form TKO on September 12, as WWE's deal with Endeavor finally closed. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, a 10-time world champion in WWE, was one of the company's top stars for many years, and he recently shared his thoughts on the merger.
Speaking on The Pat McAfee Show, The Rock was asked whether he ever thought he would see the day when Vince McMahon would "sell" WWE.
“We go way back. No, I never thought he would sell the company but I’m not surprised because he’s always about big picture, he’s always about growth. You think about where he’s come from, from his first WrestleMania to now what the company is valued at, and this merger is really incredible," The Rock said.
