WWE provides an update on Roman Reigns.
Prior to Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe brawling in the parking lot of the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, a car rammed into the back of Roman's truck which led to Reigns leaping into the front row of his vehicle to avoid being hit. After the likes of Samoa Joe, Triple H, Jamie Noble and others checked on Reigns following the incident, WWE pushed out a storyline update about "The Big Dog" which read that Reigns has been checked out by WWE's medical staff and has been cleared to appear on the August 6th edition of SmackDown Live in Detroit.
UPDATE: Roman Reigns was involved in a hit-and-run earlier tonight. He narrowly escaped what could have been a permanent injury but was checked out by WWE medical staff and released to appear tomorrow night in Detroit for #SDLive. https://t.co/ixYgai9YMy
