Ronda Rousey will be wrestling a WWE veteran in her first Raw match.
As Fightful Wrestling reported earlier today, Ronda Rousey will be facing Alicia Fox next week on Raw in a singles match. Although Rousey has appeared on Raw a multiple times, she has not been in a match outside of Live Events and pay-per-views.
On Raw tonight, Rousey and her WWE SummerSlam opponent Raw Women's Champion Alexa Bliss escorted Natalya and Fox respectively and after the match all four wrestlers got into a brawl.
The following is an excerpt from the play-by-play provided by David Tees.
Fox taunts Rousey so Bliss can attack Natalya behind the ref’s back, Fox nails Natalya with a boot to the head for a three count.
Winner: Alicia Fox w/Alexa Bliss
After the match, Ronda Rousey goes after Alexa Bliss and she takes out Alicia Fox first, Rousey goes after Bliss until Fox attacks her from behind. Fox repeatedly throws Rousey into the barricade before exiting the area with Bliss.
When the commercial break ended, Rousey was backstage asking Raw General Manager Kurt Angle for a match to which Angle obliged.
