Roxanne Perez sends a message to Giulia.
At NXT No Mercy, Roxanne Perez beat Jaida Parker to retain the NXT Women's Championship. After the match, Giulia made her debut and confronted Perez. Giulia later challenged Perez to face her on the October 1st episode of NXT.
On the September 10th episode of NXT, Giulia defeated Chelsea Green in her NXT in-ring debut. Later in the show, she told Perez that she should be afraid.
Roxanne Perez took to Twitter/X on September 11th and wrote that she heard that Giulia was the best woman in Japan, but she called herself the best woman in the world. She then looked forward to their title match on October 1st.

Among other accolades, Giulia is a former NJPW Strong Women's Champion, and she held several titles in STARDOM.
