Roxanne Perez goes full heel at NXT Roadblock 2024.
Exactly one year after she had her final singles defense of the NXT Women's Championship, Roxanne Perez was once again involved with somebody leaving Roadblock in an ambulance, but this time the ambulance wasn't for her.
After Asuka and Kairi Sane successfully defended the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships against Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley, Perez attacked Valkyria from behind, utilizing the exposed steel of the turnbuckle to injure her arm and send the current NXT Women's Champion leaving from the NXT Arena on a stretcher.

This is the culmination of weeks of Roxanne growing more and more frustrated as she continued to lobby for an opportunity to win back the NXT Championship in a one-on-one scenario.
Roxanne forfeited the title after collapsing from exhaustion when she defended the championship against Meiko Satomura at NXT Roadblock 2023. She has yet to be pinned clean in a match to lose the championship
