WWE announced that Sam "Hardway" Holloway has been signed as a WWE Independent Development prospsect.
Holloway is scouted out of the International Wrestling Cartel (IWC). Holloway is a regular at AIW and has wrestled at Beyond Wrestling, Freelance Wrestling, and more independent promotions.
