Sammy Guevara is ready to end things with Eddie Kingston.
Guevara failed to advance to the finals of the AEW World Title tournament last Wednesday on Dynamite, losing to Jon Moxley in the semifinals. Guevara will still be part of AEW Grand Slam as he'll face Eddie Kingston at AEW Rampage Grand Slam.
The bout was originally scheduled for AEW All Out, but ended up being pulled after Kingston and Guevara had a backstage disagreement over promo material that led to Kingston putting his hands in Guevara's face. Kingston was suspended for his actions.
Speaking on his vlog, Guevara said his goal to still the AEW World Title, but first he has to finish things with Kingston.
"First, we have to end things, starting this Friday, we're going to end this shit with Eddie Kingston. I took this match because I'm not scared of that guy. I'm not scared of that fucking bitch. He wants to talk all this shit, call me a cocksucker and all these things. Fuck you, motherfucker. I'll see you on Friday," said Guevara.
At the beginning of the vlog, Guevara is shopping in Target when he sees an Eddie Kingston figure.
Sammy decided to stomp on the figure, which is still in the packaging. When he picks up the busted package, it opens up, spilling the pieces of Kingston's figure on the floor. Sammy skips off.
Fightful will have live coverage of AEW Rampage Grand Slam beginning at 10 p.m. ET on Friday.
