The Sandman sets the record straight.
The Sandman was previously one of ECW's top stars in the 1990s, and he won the ECW World Heavyweight Championship five times. During his time with the company, he also held the ECW World Tag Team Championship. He also had runs in WCW, WWE, and TNA. He has made sporadic appearances over the years as well.
During a K & S WrestleFest, The Sandman was asked about having a WWE Legends Deal, and he said that he didn't have one.
“I don’t have a Legends Deal. No, I didn’t…you didn’t want one, but I never heard somebody say anything good about that Legends Deal. But they didn’t even ask me. I don’t care anyway," The Sandman said.
The Sandman was included as DLC in WWE 2K24; he was in the ECW Punk Pack. Mattel also made a new Sandman action figure that was released in the WWE Elite 111 line.
