Santos Escobar: To Me, Bad Bunny Is Not A Grammy Winner, He Is A WWE Superstar

Bad Bunny is the most streamed recording artist on Spotify and a Grammy winner. He's also a WWE Superstar.

Bad Bunny earned the respect of many wrestler for his performance at WrestleMania 37 when he teamed with Damian Priest to take on The Miz & John Morrison. That respect has only grown as Bad Bunny has continued to step into the ring, and will now face Priest in a street fight at WWE Backlash.

Speaking to Phil Strum on Under The Ring, Santos Escobar explained why he sees Bad Bunny as a WWE superstar.

"Everyone says Bad Bunny is this recording artist and multi-Grammy winner. He's none of that to me. He's a WWE Superstar. He has shown respect, commitment, love, and admiration for what we do. The only way I can repay that is with respect. He earned his way into the WWE ring. He has the most difficult task of his WWE career when he faces Damian Priest. I've faced Damian Priest. It won't be easy. I'm sure Bad Bunny is going to have everything he needs to defeat Damian Priest. If Judgment Day decides to show up, LWO is going to be there," said Escobar.

Not only is Bad Bunny set to face Priest at WWE Backlash, but he will be part of WWE SmackDown on Friday as well.

Escobar is not currently scheduled to compete at WWE Backlash. Fans can check out the current lineup for the event by clicking here.
