Speaking to Sporting News, Rollins was asked about Theory's status.

"He had some personal issues that came up so he took some time off to sort through them for the past month or two. It's hard right now but we hope everything's good for him so we hope to have him back sooner than later," said Rollins.

It is unknown when Theory will return to television. He has no posted anything on Twitter since June 23 and WWE has not commented on his status. He was named for alleged misconduct during the Speaking Out movement.

As for Rollins, he will battle Dominik Mysterio Sunday at SummerSlam in a street fight.

Fightful will have live coverage of WWE SummerSlam beginning at 6 p.m. ET on Sunday.
