After the match, Damian Priest came down to the ringside area and was moments away from cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase. However, he was thwarted by Sami Zayn, who shoved him into the ringpost and stole the briefcase.

This was the seventh successful title defense for Rollins. He's been WWE World Heavyweight Champion since winning the vacant title in a tournament final against AJ Styles at WWE Night of Champions 2023.
