At WrestleMania 41, it was the best of times for some and the worst of times for others. For Seth Rollins, it was the former, as The Visionary defeated both Roman Reigns and CM Punk in a triple threat match, after aligning with Paul Heyman.
It was a memorable end to the first night of WrestleMania and on the following Raw, Seth Rollins stood tall yet again when Bron Breakker emerged from the back and destroyed Reigns and Punk, aligning himself with this new extremely dangerous alliance.
Seth Rollins said that if you paid attention, you'd have noticed the partnership growing between himself and Heyman, and he also recently said that he's confident his relationship with Heyman will flourish. Appearing on The Rich Eisen Show, Rollins said that his partnership with Heyman is strictly a business relationship. It's not a friendship. It's not sycophancy. It's just business. And that's why the partnership will be better than the ones Heyman had with Punk or Reigns, and why it will flourish.
This is a business relationship and that’s the beauty of it. I don’t want to get too deep into it, but you have the two greatest minds in the history of our industry coming together to create and push forward for the future of our industry. Roman Reigns ain’t around enough. CM Punk is not reliable enough. I am both of those things. Paul Heyman is dedicated to this industry. He will always do what is best for business, and so will I. That is a nice arrangement. I’m smarter than those two, Punk and Roman. I’m not worried about any betrayls or any chaos like that. We got this thing dialed in. I’m very excited to see where it leads us," Rollins said.
Fans are excited to see where it leads as well.
