Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark have earned a shot at the gold.
On the May 20 episode of WWE Raw, Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark faced Katana Chance and Kayden Carter, Maxxine Dupri and Ivy Nile, and Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai and Kairi Sane). The winner of the match would earn a shot at the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship.
All four teams battled it out throughout the bout. Chance and Carter showcased the chemistry that has helped them win the gold in the past, and the Damage CTRL duo worked like a well-oiled machine. Damage CTRL took control, but Nile and Dupri rallied. Dupri kept rolling with her Caterpillar, but Sane caught her with the Insane Elbow. Baszler took Sane out with the Kirifuda Clutch. In the end, Baszler and Stark double-team for the win, as Stark vaulted Dupri into a knee from Baszler.
