Sheamus is anxious to get back in the ring.
The last time that former 4-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus competed in a WWE ring was on the SmackDown after WrestleMania 35. Sheamus has been away from WWE since then and there has been no concrete update about his status or when he will be returning. Sheamus is currently in the Philippines promoting WWE's forthcoming live event in the Philippines on September 20th.
Sheamus was the focus of a media scrum at Skinny Mike's Sports Bar and he shared that he misses the ring and is trying to get better.

Cesaro, who captured WWE Tag Team gold on five separate occasions with Sheamus will be a part of the 2019 King Of The Ring tournament. Cesaro is joining the likes of Drew McIntyre, Samoa Joe, Andrade, Kevin Owens, Chad Gable and more names as a part of the K.O.T.R. tourney.
