When Sheamus returned to WWE TV in April 2024, he brought back "Written In My Face" as his theme song.
The song became a meme with fans singing "it's a shameful thing, lobster head" and "too many limes."
Speaking to Chris Van Vliet on Insight, Sheamus was asked when he first noticed the meme.
"Maybe 2010. People are very creative on the internet, very creative. I do miss that song, though. A lot of people were upset. I brought it back, but I wasn't allowed to keep it," he said.
Sheamus' theme was switched again in July 2024.
Asked if he could have it back, Sheamus replied, "I don't know. Do you want to ask? You go ask. I'm tired of asking. I'm all out of asking."
Sheamus is set to face Ludwig Kaiser on Monday's WWE Raw.
