Taking to his YouTube channel (translation via @yamanaka_syubrt), Shingo responded to Omega.

"Kenny Omega, the U.S. champion, mentioned my name as a potential opponent, but time is running out if I keep saying, 'Let's do it someday.' If the fans want to see it and Kenny wants to fight, I want to do it before the end of the year," he said.

Shingo currently holds the KOPW Provisional Championship. He is set to challenge Kazuchika Okada for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship at NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka.

Omega added more gold to his collection on Wednesday's AEW Dynamite when he and The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) defeated Death Triangle (PAC, Penta El Zero Miedo, & Rey Fenix) to win the AEW Trios Championships.
