SmackDown Viewership For "Superstar Shakeup" Episode Ranks As Best Of 2017

Last night's episode of SmackDown, featuring the blue brand's extension of the "Superstar Shakeup" event and a barnburner of a triple threat main event, drew 3.105 million viewers, according to ShowBuzz Daily. This is up 7% from the 2.885 million viewers that watched last week's post-WrestleMania 33 episode, and is the high water mark for SD Live viewership for 2017. This is also only episode of the year that managed to pull in more than 3 million viewers.

SmackDown came in at #2 in viewership on cable for the night, behind only The O'Reilly Factor on FOX News, and managed to take the top spot among the 18-49 demographic.
