It's all part of the plan.
On the May 31 episode of WWE SmackDown, Paul Heyman spoke with Solo Sikoa backstage and suggested that The Bloodline needed to have Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in check for when Roman Reigns returns. Sikoa responded by saying that "we" had Rhodes in check, and he didn't even know it. Heyman replied by questioning who "we" was. Before Sikoa could answer, Kevin Owens made his way to the ring.

Owens then got into an intense conversation with Heyman. Heyman begged Owens to back off, as Sikoa's Bloodline was determined to take him out, but Owens refused. Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa came out, but the Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins) made the save. Tonga and Loa went on to defeat the Street Profits.
Reigns has been absent from WWE since Rhodes defeated him at WWE WrestleMania XL. There is currently no word on when he will return.
