The NXT brand is currently holding its latest set of television tapings from Full Sail. During the tapings, a WWE Hall of Famer joined the commentary team.

At tonight's NXT television tapings, Beth Phoenix joined Nigel McGuinness and Mauro Ranallo at the commentary booth and looks to be replacing Percy Watson moving forward. Phoenix is no stranger to being behind the commentary desk as she's previously done commentary for the first season of Mixed Match Challenge, the WrestleMania 34 Women's Battle Royal, the 2018 Mae Young Classic, the 2019 Women's Royal Rumble, and the Women's Tag Team Elimination Chamber match for the Women's Tag Team Titles.
Phoenix recently wrestled at WrestleMania 35, teaming with Natalya to challenge for the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles.
