Stone Cold says Roman Reigns needs to be an aggressive heel.
Steve Austin talked about the unintended fan reaction to Roman Reigns and what WWE should do with him creatively on The Steve Austin Show. Austin said to maximize his potential, Reigns needs to give the fans what they want.
"So what do you do with Roman Reigns at this point?," said Austin. "For him to have the biggest run...you've got to turn him heel and he's got to perform and let loose. He needs to be aggressive and go out there 'this is what you wanted, this is what you get...I don't need your damn support.' He needs to bring a mean streak and go on a total heel run." he later continued.
Austin went on to compare it to when The Rock came to WWE as "Rocky Maivia" and was rejected by fans before turning heel.
Austin also recently spoke about the WWE Backlash main event, where Austin said Reigns had trouble getting the crowd behind him because of the pacing of the match and it being against another "badass" like Samoa Joe.
