Las Vegas is still Swerve's House.
At AEW Double or Nothing, Swerve Strickland successfully retained the AEW World Title for the first time on pay-per-view when he defeated Christian Cage at AEW Double or Nothing.
The match was filled with outside action from Prince Nana, Nick Wayne, Mother Wayne, and Killswitch, but once everyone was removed from ringside following too much interference, aside from a Wayne's World from Nick Wayne to Strickland behind the referee's back, Strickland was able to overcome his exhaustion and the experience advantage of Christian Cage to defeat the veteran with the Swerve Stomp.

Pot-match, Swerve celebrated with Floyd Mayweather who was in the crowd.
