Ricochet missed the March 26 edition of AEW Dynamite to get married to his long-time girlfriend, Samantha Irvin. Still, the star appeared on the show in video form, addressing Kenny Omega and 'Speedball' Mike Bailey ahead of their match at AEW Dynasty.
Swerve Strickland, one of Ricochet's biggest rivals, was present on the show, confronting Jon Moxley in a face-to-face promo. If he wasn't busy with Moxley, Strickland might have had other plans.

Strickland has notably followed up on his promises in the past, even breaking into Adam Page's home in 2023. Ricochet should thank Jon Moxley for keeping Strickland away.
