The current reigning and defending IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Champion, Deonna Purrazzo is branching out to prove the power she possesses as The Virtuosa. While keeping a firm grasp on her coveted Knockouts gold, an announcement was made that Deonna Purrazzo herself will be entering IMPACT Wrestling's King and Queen Mixed Tag Team Tournament this weekend at Homecoming on July 31st. The Knockouts Champion will be looking to add another milestone on her already impressive resume when she walks into Homecoming.
Fresh off of a huge win over surprise opponent Thunder Rosa, Deonna Purrazzo has shown no signs of slowing down any time soon. In The Virtuosa's mind, becoming a 2x IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Champion, Winner of the first Knockouts Iron Woman Match, and IMPACT Wrestling 2020 Wrestler of the Year is only the beginning for The Age of the Virtuosa. To prove it, Deonna Purrazzo accepted an invitation to NWA's upcoming all women's PPV, NWA EMPOWERRR. Now she'll also be competing this weekend on IMPACT's upcoming IMPACT Pluss App Special, Homecoming in the King and Queen Tournament. If that weren't enough, The Virtuosa has some words to back up with her actions as it pertains to the Reina De Reinas Champion and Lucha Libre AAA Mexico veteran Faby Apache. To do so and continue her legacy as The Virtuosa, Deonna Purrazzo is upping her training game to be in optimal competition shape mentally, physically, and emotionally for her stiff bout against Faby Apache at arguably the biggest AAA Mexico event of the year, Triplemania!
It stands to reason that while the Age of the Virtuosa continues to prosper Deonna Purrazzo could potentially add Triple Crown Champion to her impeccably amassed accomplishments. IMPACT Knockouts Champion. Potentially a new NWA Women's Champion. And of course, potentially your new Reina De Reinas Champion. Not to mention the forbidden door the women of AEW and IMPACT have yet to cross over with the exception of Thunder Rosa. I know my fans would love to see a feud between fellow friends and champions Britt Baker, DMD., and The Virtuosa Deonna Purrazzo. Only time will tell.
