The Impact Wrestling Tag Team Championship will be defended at Wrestlecon.
Today, Impact Wrestling announced via Twitter that the championship team of Ortiz and Santana representing LAX will be defending their Tag Team Championship against the team of The Mack and Killshot.
The event will be taking place at Wrestlecon on April 6th in New Orleans, Louisiana. The card already includes Pentagon Dark, Rey Fenix, and the return of Eddie Edwards as he takes on Jeremiah Crane. Some of the Impact Wrestling X-Division will be taking on some luchadores in a six man tag team match as well.
The team of The Mack and Killshot have held the Lucha Underground Trios Championship with Dante Fox since the end of season three. LAX has been Impact Wrestling Tag Team champions since defeating OVE last November.
