Sunny is out on parole
Tammy Sytch (aka Sunny) was released on parole today from Pennyslvania's Carbon County Correctional Facility, according to PWInsider. Sytch was arrested in March after failing to appear in court for two DUI arrests in New Jersey. The arrests were for DUI on 1/23 and then a 2/2 incident where she was in a car accident, alleging fleeing the scene of the accident. She was later charged with DUI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident later by New Jersey police.
Sytch was being processed for multiple charges of Contempt and Disobedience in New Jersey. She was extradited from the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in New Jersey to Carbon Country shortly after the arrest. She was considered a wanted fugitive in Carbon County, Pennsylvania for the violation of her parole in February of 2017.
There is no word on whether or not her legal issues in New Jersey have been resolved.
Sytch's charges in Pennsylvania date back to 2015 when she was reported for three different incidents.
5/30/15
Seen driving erratically into a Wal-Mart parking lot. Had 0.25 percent Blood-Alcohol level.
6/1/15
Pulled over after her car crossed the solid center yellow line several times, then entered oncoming traffic on Interchange Road in Lehighton, PA. Had 0.3 percent Blood-Alcohol level.
6/20/15
Crashed her car into a ditch in Towamensing Township. Had 0.078 percent Blood-Alcohol level. Claims she suffered a seizure, leading to the crash.
She plead guilty to DUI in all three cases as well as one count of driving without a license. The court dismissed the lesser charges in each case as part of her guilty plea.
Following her release, Sytch was back on social media.
