The new arrest is possibly related to a probation or parole violation that led to the warrant being issued for his arrest and return to Texas.

Hart was previously booked into Tarrant County Jail in Fort Worth, Texas on Thursday, October 22, 2020. He was named a fugitive from justice in Texas on May 4. Court records at the time listed Hart as facing charges of Injuring a child/elderly/disabled person, evading arrest with a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance. Those were the charges stemming from his arrest in December 2016.

On September 10, 2020, Hart was sentenced to ten days in prison in Richmond County Jail and arrested again after being incarcerated. Court records indicate that his ten-day jail sentence stemmed from a March 4 arrest, where he was taken into custody for violating his house arrest in Virginia.
