Tegan Nox Says Her Knee Is Doing Great, Jokes She Should Get Insurance On Her Knees

Tegan Nox is doing well after a career of knee injuries.

In September 2021, Nox revealed that she wrestled almost two years with no ACL in her left knee. Nox couldn't compete in the 2017 Mae Young Classic due to an ACL injury, suffered an ACL injury in the 2018 Mae Young Classic, and was out of action in September 2020 due to having no ACL.

Speaking to Taylor Wilde on Wilde On, Nox provided more information on the injury.

"I did this entire storyline with Dakota and we didn't know I didn't know I didn't have my ACL again. At some point during the rehab process, it popped out of the hole and got mangled. We had no idea. It just wouldn't bend. I told the doctor, 'Hey, it's been a year and it's still not bending.' 'Let's get an MRI and check what is going on. Oh, yeah, you haven't had an ACL for like two years.' 'Okay what are we going to do about this?' 'Well, surgery.' 'Do we have to?' 'Yes. You're 25, you're going to get surgery.' Literally come back and a week later, I'm on SmackDown. I'm like, 'What is going on? Didn't you see what has happened the last three times? What are we doing here?' The knee is doing great now. Now that they are attached, it's fantastic. I should get insurance on them or something. Watch, they'll never get injured again, it'll be everything else," she joked.

Nox hasn't wrestled on television since August when she teamed with Shotzi to defeat Natalya & Tamina in a WWE Women's Tag Team Title Contenders.

Shotzi & Nox never got their shot at the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles. Nox was drafted to WWE Raw while Shotzi was drafted to WWE SmackDown.
