Tessa Blanchard has pulled out of BattleWorld'88, which was set for Jan. 31 in Vancouver. Blanchard was scheduled to wrestle The Dark Sheik.
Blanchard was accused of racism and bullying on Jan. 11 by multiple wrestlers, but she denied the allegations. Shortly after the allegations came to light, Dark Sheik contemplated not working the match with Tessa, which was booked before accusations were made.
Tessa made the decision for Sheik, deciding to pull herself from the event on Jan. 20.

We will have an amazing replacement because we respect our audience and will bring the craziest show we can to Vancouver! ----
I would've done my safe and honest best to entertain - and accept a persons attempt at growth.

Or she could've wrestled someone else.

Blanchard, who won the IMPACT World Title the day after the allegations came out on social media, issued a statement on Jan. 16 where she denied using racist language. She did not address the bullying allegations.
