Theory could finally meet John Cena in the ring.
Cena is scheduled to return to WWE Raw on the June 27 episode to celebrate his 20-year anniversary in WWE. For months, Cena and Theory have traded shots on social media and spoken about each other in various interviews.
Theory is the reigning WWE United States Champion and believes a showdown with Cena is close to coming to fruition.
"Each week just seems like it flies by. I feel like I just was doing NXT and The Way, then I was doing Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble, then I was with Pat McAfee at WrestleMania, getting a Stunner by Stone Cold, main eventing MSG with Brock Lesnar, it's been wild and happening fast. I don't even think it's been a year. I think we all have a feeling that this interaction is going to happen very soon. Could it be when John Cena returns? I don't see why not," Theory said when asked about Cena's return to WWE by Ryan Satin on Out of Character.

Theory headlined Monday's WWE Raw, competing in a pose down with Bobby Lashley. The segment ended with Theory squirting baby oil into Lashley's eye and sending him out of the ring with a dropkick. If you missed anything from WWE Raw, check out Fightful's report on the show by clicking here.
