WWE NXT UK star Toni Storm suffered an injury during the tapings this past weekend.

Both wXw and PROGRESS wrestling announced Storm has been pulled from this weekend's shows. Storm was the wXw Women's Champion, but has vacated the belt due to the injury.
The injury occurred during the tournament to crown the first-ever NXT UK Women's Champion. Storm was competing in the Finals against Rhea Ripley when the referee threw up the "X" and the ladies took it home. Storm made it to the Finals of the Mae Young Classic and is scheduled to face Io Shiri at WWE Evolution on Oct. 26.
