Tony Khan comments on the possibility of running a major AEW event in Australia.
Reports recently surfaced that AEW was scouting Australian venues in hopes of running a stadium show in 2025.
Tony Khan recently commented on those rumors, saying that he has been looking at various locations, and he hopes there will be more information shortly regarding an event in 2025 in Australia.
"We can confirm that we’re currently looking at various locations in Australia to run an event sometime next year in 2025 potentially. We’ll have more information about this in the near future. 2025 is going to be a milestone year," he said on the most recent media call prior to AEW All In 2024.
